PLAN A – is our most popular plan. It includes onsite training. 2 trained staff will spend 2 days to help your team become familiar with the system. This one on one training ensures a easier transition for your staff. Turn Key configuration is included. This means Frames, Contact Lens, ophthalmic lenses, email template etc will be configured by our team. This saves 60-100 hours of your staff time.Your monthly fee includes all modules and future updates. Tech support (phone & email) is offered from 8 AM to 4 AM (Yes its AM) EST
Plan B – Same as plan A, except all training is done online.
Plan C – Same as plan A but monthly fee for first 12 months is $1549 and there is no cost for setup and installation, after 12 months your fee becomes $499.
Plan D – This is entry level plan. Setup doesn’t include system configuration,training is done online, tech support email only. Monthly fee does not include patient portal and health card verification.
